In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Judge of the Circuit Court from Macon County Tennessee, from the Plaintiff’s Motion, which is sworn to that the defendant Vicki Sue Miller is a non-resident of this State or whereabouts is unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served. It is therefore ordered that publication be made in the Macon County Chronicle, a newspaper published in the town of Lafayette, Tennessee for four consecutive weeks, commanding said defendant to serve upon Paul Frederick Sharp, Plaintiff, whose address is 400 Red Boiling Springs Road #2, Lafayette, TN 37083 a copy of Answer to the Complaint on or before June 16, 2014, also file an Answer to the Complaint with the Circuit Court Clerk at his office in Lafayette, Tennessee according to law. If you fail to do so judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
