The Macon County Legislative Body will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd floor of the County Courthouse. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the rezoning of three acres of property at 10149 Highway 52 West from C-1 Commercial to R-2 Residential. The property is more fully described as follows:
(Parcel 56.05, Map 053 of the Tax Maps of Macon County, Tennessee)
The application for this rezoning request, submitted by Gary and Carolyn Flippin, is on file in the Codes Enforcement Office at the County Courthouse. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing.
