NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 28, 2011, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded March 3, 2011, at Book TD482, Page 391 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Macon County, Tennessee, executed by Natasha Kittrell and Walter Kittrell, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss, Esq. as Trustee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee will, on July 31, 2014 on or about 12:00 P.M., at the Macon County Courthouse, Lafayette, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Macon County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a post, being the Southwest corner of this tract and the Southwest corner of property described in Deed Book 122 Page 125 Tract 2 (Registers Office of Macon County, Tennessee), the Northwest corner of Hal Ballou property described in Deed Book 138, Page 213 (Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee) and in the line of Sammie Hire; thence with Hire North 11 degrees 36 minutes 04 seconds East 473.27 feet to an iron pin, being a corner to the remaining property of Charles Breeding; thence with Breeding South 86 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds East 336.52 feet to an iron pin; North 76 degrees 19 minutes 38 seconds East 235.05 feet to an iron pin, being in the line of Donnie Brooks; thence with Brooks South 6 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West 19.25 feet to a post, being a corner to Hollis McDonald; thence with McDonald South 7 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West 523.82 feet to a post, being a corner to Hal Ballou; thence with Ballou North 86 degrees 12 minutes 42 seconds West 588.39 feet to the point of beginning containing 6.36 acres more or less. Lying and being in the First Civil District of Macon County Tennessee and beginning on a stake in the North right of way of a road leading from Highway 10, to Highway Number 52 by way of Long Creek said stake being the Southeast corner of this plot and the Southwest corner of a 4.51 acre tract, running with the West boundary of the 4.51 acre tract, North 4 degrees East 782 feet; thence North 87 degrees West 250.5 feet; thence South 4 degrees West 762 feet, stake in the North right of way of said road, thence with said right of way South 82 degrees East 250.5 feet to the beginning, containing 4.43 acres more or less.
