Murfree, Trustee, on February 28, 2008 at Book TD438, Page 389; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Being Lot No. 34 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plat of Alma Acres, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 189-B, Register’s Office for Macon County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete description of said lot.
