NON-RESIDENT NOTICE

In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk of the Circuit Court from Macon County Tennessee, from the Plaintiff’s Complaint, which is sworn to that the defendant Danny  Lee Brown is a non-resident of this State or whereabouts is unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served. It is therefore, ordered that publication be made in The Macon County Chronicle,  a newspaper published in the town of Lafayette, Tennessee for four consecutive weeks, commanding said non-resident to serve upon Brandy Brown, Plaintiff, whose address is 2451 Valley View Drive #113, Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150 a copy of an answer to the complaint on or before the April 30, 2015 and also file an answer to the complaint with the Circuit Court Clerk at his office in Lafayette, Tennessee according to law. If you fail to do so judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
