Beginning at an iron pin in the West margin of the Macon County Road, the southeast corner of this plot and the southeast corner of deed recorded in Deed Book 103, page 71-74, also a corner to Allen Adams; thence with Adams line and a fence North 83 deg. 14 min. 23 sec. West 452.24 feet to an iron pin, being a corner to the remaining land of Brinson; thence with Brinson North 4 deg. 43 min. 16 sec. East 500.94 feet to an iron pin at a beech tree; North 10 deg. 20 min. 50 sec West 190.72 feet to an ash tree at branch bank; South 48 deg. 18 min. 19 sec. East 236.69 feed to an iron pin at a sycamore tree; South 51 deg. 41 min. 02 sec.
