You are hereby given Notice that a Complaint seeking an absolute divorce from you was filed in the Circuit Court for Macon County, Tennessee on May 7, 2015. You are summoned and required to serve upon Patricia Ann Roysden, Plaintiff, whose address is 394 Miller Road, Lafayette, TN 37083 a copy of an answer to the complaint against you within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice. Also, a copy of the answer must be filed with the  Circuit Court Clerk at hid office in Lafayette, Tennessee either before or within a reasonable time after service. If you fail to do so, judgement by default can be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
