ORDER FOR PUBLICATION 

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that from the verified matters set forth in the Motion filed in this cause that service by publication pursuant to T.C.A. §21-1-203 is appropriate.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks as required by law. Pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-203(a)(2) and (3), the following notices shall appear:
1. An abbreviated notice shall appear in either the Macon County Chronicle with the following text:
Scotty M. Woosley, whose whereabouts and address are unknown so that ordinary process of law cannot be served, is commanded to serve upon CHRISTI L. DALTON, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 105 Public Square, Lafayette, Tennessee, 37083, a copy of Answer to the Complaint on or before the 24th day of July, 2015, also file an Answer to the Complaint with the Circuit Court Clerk at his office, 904 Hwy 52 By-Pass E, Lafayette, Tennessee, 37083, according to law.  If you fail to do so, on the 27th day of July, 2015, at 8:30 a.m., at the Macon County Justice Center in Lafayette, Tennessee, judgment by default will be taken against you, the Defendant, for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
2. The full text of the nonresident notice to appear and make defense shall be published in the Macon County Chronicle.
