Gunter and wife, Betty G. Gunter, to Angie Tuck, Trustee, on November 28, 2005 at Book TD390, Page 347, Instrument No. 05003994; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.

Being the same property conveyed by fee simple deed from Joan H. Carter, (A 1/2 undivided interest) and Elizabeth Carter, (a 1/2 undivided interest) and Beverly Carter (a 1/2 undivided interest) to Lewis E. gunter and wife, Betty G. Gunter, dated 05/05/1997 recorded on 05/05/1997 in Book WD210, Page 433 in Macon County Records, state of TN.
