Sale at public auction will be on September 22, 2015 at 1:30PM local time, at the  Macon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Heliodoro Cruz and Angela Cruz, to David W. Kious, Trustee, on March 10, 2010 at Book TD470, Page 197, Instrument No. 10000576; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Lying and being in the 11th Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, and beginning on a rock on Highway 52, corner to Lambert, thence westward with Highway 52, 50 yards to a iron pin; thence angle left 90 deg. in a southerly direction 101 yards in a rock; thence angle left 90 deg. in an easterly direction 50 yards to a rock; thence angle left 90 deg. in a northerly direction 101 yards to the beginning, containing 1 acres, more or less.

If you purchase a property at the foreclosure sale, the entire purchase price is due and payable at the conclusion of the auction in the form of a certified/bank check made payable to or endorsed to Shapiro & Ingle, LLP. No personal checks will be accepted. To this end, you must bring sufficient funds to outbid the lender and any other bidders. Insufficient funds will not be accepted. Amounts received in excess of the winning bid will be refunded to the successful purchaser at the time the foreclosure deed is delivered.
