Hassard, to Robert M Wilson Jr, Trustee, on December 8, 2008 at Book TD 412, Page 448, Instrument No. 06003917; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25, its successors and assigns

Being Lot No. 1 on the Final Plat of the Cooper Hill Subdivision a plat which is of record in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 174-B, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is here made for a more complete description of said lot.
Being the same property conveyed to Daniel Hassard and wife, Mechelle L. Hassard from Rita Driver by Warranty Deed dated December 8, 2006, recorded December 11th, 2006, in Deed Book 280, Page 229, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.
