Sale at public auction will be on January 14, 2016 at 2:00PM local time, at the Macon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Kaleb Dickerson, to Andrew C Rambo, Trustee, on May 22, 2009 at Book TD459, Page 156, Instrument No. 09001428; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
BEING Lot No.4 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plat of Alma Acres, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 189-B, Register’s Office for Macon County, Tennessee, to which plan reference is here made for a more complete description of said lot.
Being the same property conveyed to Kaleb Dickerson from Dale Hix by Warranty Deed dated May 22, 2009, recorded May 26, 2009, in Deed Book 295, Page 166, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.
