NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust executed by Jake Jones, which Deed of Trust is of record in Trust Deed Book 232, page 345, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and payment not having been made as demanded, notice is hereby given that Radford A. West, Trustee, under
the power and authority vested in him and having been requested so to do by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, At 10:30 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Macon County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from equity of redemption,
homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, the following described parcel of land in the 1st District of Macon County, Tennessee:
This property is situated in the 3rd Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, and lies in the Green Grove Community of Macon County, and is further described as follows:
Bounded on the North by property formerly owned by Howell; on the East by the Green Grove-Eulia Road; on the South by Sullivan and on the West by Dalton, containing 1 acre more or less.
BEING the same property conveyed to Jake Jones and wife, Evelyn Jones by deed from Leon Hooper, Jr. and wife, Anna Marie Hooper dated September 11, 1981, of record in Deed Book 118, page 163, and to Jake Jones from Evelyn Jones by Quitclaim Deed dated April 25, 1990, of record in Deed Book 169, page 28, Register’s Office, Macon
County, Tennessee.

Macon Bank & Trust Company, Lafayette, Tennessee, is the holder of the note which the Deed of Trust secures.
If applicable, the notice requirements of T.C.A. 35-5-117 have been met. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day at a time certain, without further publication and in accordance with law, upon announcement of said adjournment on the day and time and place of sale set forth above.
The property is to be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” without representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, THIS PROPERTY IS TO BE SOLD WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
