Gentry and Joyce A. Gentry, to John Kendrick and Joseph Cherry, Trustee, on September 25, 2001 at Book TD294, Page 266; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.

The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Being Tract No. 6 of the Subdivision for Billy F. Celsor and wife, Irene Celsor, the plat of which is of record in Cabinet No. 1, Plat No. 201-B, Register’s Office for Macon County, Tennessee, to which plan reference is hereby made for a more complete description.
