Sale at public auction will be on September 7, 2016 at 12:00PM local time, at theMacon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by David A. Kittrell and Kathy J. Kittrell, to FMLS, Inc. Hamilton County, Trustee, on January 9, 2006 at Book TD393, Page 388; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Lot No. 12C of the Maple Terrace Addition to the City of Lafayette, Tennessee a plat of which is of record in Plat Book 1, page 40, ROMCT and said lot beginning on a stake on Maple Terrace Street, and fronting 100 feet on Street; thence 181.4 feet; thence 100.5 feet; thence 192.8 feet to the beginning; said lot is governed by restrictions of
record in Deed Book 69, page 108, ROMCT.
Property commonly known as: 435 Maple Terrace Drive, Lafayette, Macon County, Tennessee.
BEING all of the same property conveyed to David A. Kittrell and wife, Kathy J. Kittrell by Warranty Deed from Benny J. Keene and wife, Connie Keene dated July 14, 1995 of record in Book 200, Page 36, Register’s Office for Macon County, Tennessee.

All right of equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, and homestead are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
If you purchase a property at the foreclosure sale, the entire purchase price is due and payable at the conclusion of the auction in the form of a certified/bank check made payable to or endorsed to Shapiro & Ingle, LLP.
