Sale at public auction will be on October 5, 2016 at 12:00PM local time, at theMacon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Michael Sowers and Jamie Sowers, to Joseph B. Pitt, Jr., Trustee, on November 1, 2007 at Book TD 433, Page 28, Instrument No. 07003650; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
LYING and being in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee and being Lot #62, Section D of Holly Hill Heights Subdivision in Macon County, Tennessee, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 240B, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee. Plat reference is hereby made for a more complete description of said lot.
BEING that property conveyed to Michael Sowers and wife, Jamie Sowers by deed from Darrell Jenkins, dated November 1, 2007, of record in Deed Book 286, Page 213, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.
