NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 31, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 14, 2002, in Book No. TD309, at Page 301, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Macon County, Tennessee, executed by Joy Birdwell and Gary Birdwell, conveying certain property therein described to Mary L. Aronov, Esquire as Trustee for HomeGold, Inc.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Ditech Financial LLC.
