Trustee Sale- Danny & Kimberly Gibson

Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust executed by Danny Gibson and wife, Kimberly Gibson, which Deed of Trust is of record in Trust Deed Book 405, page 436, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and payment not having been made as demanded, notice is hereby given that Radford A. West, Trustee, under the power and authority vested in him and having been requested so to do by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Thursday, December 22, 2016, At 11:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Macon County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from equity of redemption, homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, the following described parcel of land in the 10th District of Macon County, Tennessee:
Being located in the 10th Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, on the west side of Jimtown Road and more particularly described as follows:

BEING the same property conveyed to Danny Gibson and wife, Kimberly Gibson, by deed dated 8/24/06, of record in Deed Book 278, page 186, and from Kimberly Gibson to Danny Gibson by quitclaim deed dated 11/21/06, of record in Deed Book 280, page 78, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.
Subject to easements of record in Deed Book 62, page 27, and Deed Book 215, page 123, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.

Interested Parties: Macon Bank & Trust Company, Lafayette, Tennessee, is the holder of the note which the Deed of Trust secures. If applicable, the notice requirements of T.C.A. 35-5-117 have been met.
