JONES, to Joseph B. Pitt, Jr., Trustee, on April 10, 2015, at Record Book RB6, Page 314-326 as Instrument No. 15001046 in the real property records of Macon County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

Being lot number 5, section B of the Beech Meade Acres Sub-Division being of record in Plat Book No. 1, Page 3, in the Register`s Office of said county, reference to which is here made, for more particular description. Being a lot in said sub-division which is 125 feet, by 425 feet, by 100 feet by 370 feet. Description taken from previous deed. Being the same property conveyed to Leraly Gray Jones and wife, Marian A. Jones, by Deed dated July 14, 1998 of record in Deed Book 221, Page 204, in the County Clerk`s Office. Commonly Known as: 1208 Sullivan Drive, Lafayette, TN 37038. Also see RB6 Pg 312 Recorded 4-24-15 in Macon County Register of Deeds office.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price.  The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
