ORDER OF PUBLICATION
This cause came on to be heard on the upon the Ex Parte Motion filed by the Administrator de bonis non for an Order of Publication noticing unknown heirs, if any, of decedent to a hearing to determine the legal heirs of George Louis White and setting a hearing to make final determination of heirship and interests in the estate of George Louis White.
The Court finds said Motion to be well taken and it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Administrator de bonis non shall cause to be published on four (4) consecutive dates in the local newspaper giving notice to all unknown heirs to appear and provide proof of heirship is the Estate of George Louis White on February 15, 2019, 9:00a.m. at the Trousdale County Judicial Center, Hartsville, Tennessee. Failure to appear and provide proof of heirship by any unknown heir will result in a finding by the Court of negating any interest in said estate.
