ln this action, it appearing to the sattsfaction of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Macon County, Tennessee from the Petitioners’ Petition being sworn to that the Respondent, Bobby Lee Bowman, whose whereabouts and address are unknown, so that ordinary process of law cannot be served; it is therefore, ORDERED, that publication be made in the MACON COUNTY CHRONICLE, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the County of Macon, in the State of Tennessee for four (4) consecutive weeks, commanding said Respondents to serve upon CHRISTI L. DALTON, Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 105 Public Square, Lafayette, Tennessee, 37083, a copy of Answer to the Petition, on or before the 26th day of March, 2019, and also to fi le an Answer to the Petition with the Macon County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, Attention Rick Gann, at his address of 904 Hwy 52 By-Pass East, Lafayette, Tennessee, 37083, according to law. lf you fail to do so, on the 5th day of April, 2019, 9;00 a.m., at the Wilson County Court House, College Street, Lebanon, Tennessee, a judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
