PUBLIC NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to an Order filed onJune 14, 2019 in the Chancery Court of Macon County, Tennessee in the above styled case, the below listed property will sell on September 7, 2019 beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the premises to the highest and best bidder. Terms of the Sale will be cash or good check. Interested buyers should make independent inquiry regarding description of the premises and condition of title prior to sale. Property to be sold is being sold by boundary and not by acre.
A tract of land in the 3rd Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee and more particularly described as follow: BEGINNING at an existing iron pin in a pile of rocks, said iron pin being located on the boundary line between Sumner County, Tennessee and Macon County, Tennessee, being the southwest corner of the herein described tract of land and being the northeast corner of the land conveyed to Robert L Ward by deeds of record in Deed Book 131, Page 161 and in Deed Book 142, Register’s Office for Macon County, Tennessee; Thence north 31 degrees 12’ 16” East 1750.43 feet to and existing iron pin; thence south 39 degrees 16’ 58” East 1287.46 feet to an existing iron pin; thence south 06 degrees 53’ 06” West 332.73 feet to an existing iron pin; thence south 05 degrees 30’ 33” West 438.44 feet to an existing iron pin by a Beech tree; thence North 77 degrees 20’ 22” West 482.49 feet to an existing iron pin by a Walnut tree; thence North 82 degrees 08’ 26” West 456.65 feet to an existing iron pin; thence North 82 degrees 13’ 25” West 723.59 feet to the point of beginning.
This being the same property conveyed to Charles L. Thurman and wife Karen L. Thurman by deed from Jimmy N. Purcell and wife Wanda Purcell dated 12/30/88 and recorded in Deed Book 161 Page 65, ROMC, TN

Beginning at an iron pin corner to Fred Lehmann and Charles Thurman; thence S49º09’48”E 795.41 feet to an iron pin in the boundary of Thurman; thence S06º10’07”W 260.77 feet to an iron pin in boundary of Thurman; thence S12º12’50’W 319.87 feet to an iron pin in the corner of Hallum and Thurman; thence N83º21’01”W 356.41 feet to an iron pin in common boundary of Hallum; thence N82º59’00” W 723.21 feet with boundary of Hallum to an iron pin in the corner of Lehmann and Hallum; thence along boundary of Lehmann N30º26’46”E 1116.44 feet to the beginning.
