Annie Lee Dickens Heady

Annie Lee Dickens Heady was born on June 2, 1943, in Lafayette, Tennessee, to the late Harvey Dickens and Altie Shoemake Dickens.

She was one of three children born to this union. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her Sister, Jocie Brooks; Brother, Johnny Dickens; and her Nephew, Gary “Peanut” Binion. Annie was saved by the sweet lord’s grace. She married William Heady and they were blessed with seven years together. Annie was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and going to yard sales. On Thursday March 18, 2021, 

at the age of seventy-seven, Annie Lee Dickens Heady was called to her heavenly home. She will 

be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by; Nieces, Janet Coffee and husband, Johnny, Delilah Hatfield and husband, Randy, and Kristie Proffitt and husband, Jimmy; Nephews,

Tony Brooks and wife, Tracy, and Jason “Porkchop” Brooks. Funeral services for Annie Lee Dickens Heady were conducted on Sunday, March 21, 2021, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Scotty Jenkins officiating. Interment followed in The Nelson McDonald Cemetery. Pallbearers were; Porkchop Brooks, William Wilder, Bricie Jenkins, Josh Proffitt, Ryan Oakley, Charles Cauthrone, Joe Cauthrone, Ethan Coffee, and Jimmy Proffitt.
