Lloyd Shaw

Loyd Wayne Shaw was born on February 10, 1968, in Lafayette, Tennessee, to the late Loyal Lee Shaw and Wilma Jean Perrigo Shaw. He was one of three children born to this union. He married Sherry Lee Williams on October 11, 2014. They were blessed with eight years together. Loyd was saved by the sweet lord’s grace and was of the Missionary Baptist Belief.

He was self-employed and did carpentry work. He loved fishing, hunting arrow heads, deer hunting, and spending time with grandsons, family and friends. On Thursday February 2, 2023, at the age of fifty-four years, eleven months, and twenty-three days, a few days shy of his fifty-fifth birthday, Loyd Wayne Shaw was called to his Heavenly Home. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Loyd Shaw is survived by; Wife, Sherry Lynn Williams Shaw; Daughters, Jennifer McCurry, and Stacy Carter and Husband, Anthony; Grandchildren, Brian Swindle, Ty Swindle, and Cody Jent and Wife, Jessica; Brother, Kelvin Shaw and Wife, Lynette; Sister, and Wanda Centers and Husband, Billy. Two Great-Grandchildren, and a Host of Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Graveside services and interment for Loyd Wayne Shaw were conducted on Monday, February 6, 2023, from the Galen Cemetery, with Elder Kevin Harrison officiating. Pallbearers were; Timmy Blankenship, Little Timmy Blankenship, Anthony Maynard, Brian Swindle, Ty Swindle, and Dalton Manion.
