Primary Healthcare Group, located at 207 Hwy. 52 By-Pass West in Lafayette, is excited to announce that their office is relocating across the street, where they will continue to provide quality and exceptional family care, according to the new owner, Mr. Eric Johnson, of Portland, Tennessee.
“We need more space to grow, so we’re thrilled to share the news that we’re moving across the street into the building that was the former office of Dr. Stanley Chunn,” said Mr. Johnson. “The new address is 200 Hwy. 52 By-Pass West, and our providers will continue to meet the community’s health care needs in the same competent manner.”
The three family medicine providers are:

Brande has 25 years experience in disease management, community health, urgent care, and health prevention. She is passionate about building lifelong relationships with her patients. Sydney Russell, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing care to individuals across the lifespan. With a strong commitment to patient education and health promotion, she emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and the treatment of acute illnesses. Sydney believes in the importance of building strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring that each individual feels heard and supported.
Dr. Johnequia Patterson, MD, the family medicine physician who is the newest member of the group, earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua and completed her residency at Meharry Medical College. Specializing in comprehensive, patient-centered care, Dr. Patterson is trained to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of conditions. She focuses on providing her patients with the best possible care, by building long-term relationships with them.
