Mrs. Shirley A. Jones, age 68, of Westmoreland, died  Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Westmoreland Care and Rehab Center.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jones will be held, 2PM Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Edward Ferrell officiating. Interment will be in Rippy Cemetery. Active Pallbearers include Jamie Dishman, Jimmy Graves, Bill Hartman, Chris Fleming, K.C. Brackin and Clayton Jones.
Visitation will be: Tues. Aug. 31st 4PM-9PM, and Wed. Sept. 1st at 10AM-service time.
She is survived by sons Earnest Burton & (Cindy) Jones of Adolphus, KY and Jackie Lee & (Sherry) Jones of Westmoreland, brothers Gerald, Mark and Mike Jessup all of Shelbyville, Indiana, sister Carolyn Hurley of Shelbyville, IN, grandchildren Kimberly & (Jamie) Dishman of Adolphus, KY, and Earnest “EJ” B. Jones Jr. of Adolphus, KY, Step-Grandson Christopher Fleming of Westmoreland, Great Grandchildren Jamie, Jakeup and Jordan Disman and special friends Deloris Caldwell “Tootsie Mama,” Vaughn Cothron and Ketenia Groves. 
She was preceded in death by parents Stewart and Mary Ruth Roan Jessup and husband Burton L. Jones.      
Mrs. Jones was retired from Fleetwood Homes.  The family would like to say a special thank you to each and everyone at Westmoreland Care and Rehab Center for providing such excellent care to their loved one, Mrs. Shirley.
