Rome Wilmore, age 83, a retired farmer of the Graveltown Community, passed away Mon., July 6, 2009 at his home. Juanita Brooks, age 76, of the Difficult Community, passed away Wed., July 1, 2009 at Centennial Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted Fri., July 3, 2009 from the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home with her pastor, Eld. Jeff Patterson officiating. Interment followed in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens.
