Chris Brewington, Mike Brewington, Bobby Wayne Morrison, Murl Frasier, Tyler Wells, and Jonathan Booth served as pallbearers.  Interment was in the Union Cemetery.  He was born on November 10, 1915 in Barren County, Kentucky, one of four siblings born to the late L. Dee and Kate Williams.  He was married 71 years to the love of his life, the former Alleam Frasier, who preceded him in death on May 9, 2008.  In addition to his parents and wife, his only child, Roger Louis Williams, brother, Louis Williams, sisters, Alta Wheet and Vera Waller preceded him in death.  In his earlier years he would work in the tobacco warehouses during the tobacco season but he made his living as a farmer.  Many people will remember the good watermelons he would harvest and sell.  He was a member of the Union #1 Baptist Church. He is survived by:  granddaughter, Penny and her husband, Larry Wells, great- grandchildren, Megan and her husband, Jonathan Booth, Tyler Wells, all of Glasgow, KY, several nieces and nephews, daughter-in-law, Mary D. Williams of Fountain Run, and a host of other friends and neighbors.
