CHRIS ALAN HEATH- age 54 of Lafayette, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services for Chris Alan Heath will be conducted Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Jeff Blackwell officiating.

Visitation will begin Saturday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. until service time. He is survived by; Son, Caleb Heath; Step-Daughters, Erin Ashworth and Amber Emberton all of Lafayette, TN; Brother, Scottie and wife Mary Heath of the Mt. Union Community in Allen County, KY; Niece, Abby and husband Danny Thorn of Georgetown, KY; Nephew, William and wife Tedra Heath of Columbia, Maryland; Grandchildren, Payton Harrison, Dillon Emberton and Aiden Ashworth all of Lafayette, TN.
