Prepsters from the Macon County Track & Field team competed in the TSSAA State Track and Field Meet this week held in Murfreesboro. There were three individuals and one relay team competing.
The Macon County Trap Team kicked off the 2012 season traveling to the Holly Fork Shooting Complex in Paris, TN to compete in the Tennessee Junior Olympic State Championships.
The District 10-AA All-District and Tournament teams were announced at the league championship game. MCHS Tiger Juan Agustin was named to the All-Tournament Team and Austin Carter was named to the All-District Team.

The Macon County Boys and Girls Track and Field teams competed in the A-AA East Sub-Section at TPS this past week. The Tigers had quite a few athletes competing and had some really strong showings.
