The Red Boiling Springs football team went into last Friday’s homecoming game against the Pickett County Bobcats having not tasted victory since the third game of the 2017 season.
Macon County sent a large contingent to the TN State Middle School/Elementary School State Cross Country Meet this past weekend. The meet was held in Knoxville at Victor Ashe Park.
The DeKalb County Tigers came from behind at half-time to defeat Macon County in a game to guarantee the winner at least second place in the district.
