By Misty Green The Red Boiling Springs High School Bulldog Football team traveled to Watertown last Friday night to take on the Purple Tigers. After four quarters of play, the Bulldogs returned home with a 48-14 defeat. Red Boiling Springs will travel to Clay County this coming Friday night, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
By Mark Darnell On Saturday September 10th, 2011 the MCHS Cross Country Team competed in the 11th Annual Chickasaw Trails Invitational at the Oakville Indian Mounds Park & Educational Center in Oakdale Alabama.
By Mark Darnell On 9/8/11 the MCHS Golf Team hosted Friendship Christian School and Red Boiling Springs for the last home match of the season.
On Thursday September 8th the Macon County Junior High faced Gordonsville in a game which was postponed from earlier in the week. The Junior Tigers defeated Gordonsville by a score of 42-8 in the contest.

By Tim Case On Thursday September 2 the MCJH traveled to Smithville to take on the DeKalb Middle School Saints. The Tigers got back on a winning track by defeating the Saints 22-0.

The Macon County Golf Team traveled to Old Hickory, Tennessee on Monday 8/22/11 to attend the Davidson Invitational Golf Tournament held at Old Hickory Golf Course.
